This sounds eminently workable. I figured they'd just be hanging out around Maiami until after Reiji has his whole intro thing and duels Yuya, then Reiji kinda confronts them about where they're really from and they realize, okay, we may actually be here for a while, so they decide to attend a duel school, which probably has attending a real school as a requirement.
